1. The Process Working group are drafting a Communication and Decision Making Process framework to review by the community.
2. We still need volunteers to become the Facilitators of the Groups. Several groups are already active, including EVE and the Old Dairy facilities management group. If everyone can join and participate in one group that will really help reduce the workload of others and move the community forward.
Please email support@villagehub.com.au if you can coordinate any group related to your interest. There are over 40 to choose from. Many are not overly active yet so there is very little work to do.

Bookings
The 'Old Dairy' COMMUNITY HALL and Facilities - with booking CALENDAR below
The Main Hall is a large pleasant space that can accommodate a maximum
of 150 people. It is available for anyone
to hire for community or commercial events.
Priority is given to residents of the
Ecovillage at Currumbin and bookings
must be made well in advance.
The Middle Hall can accommodate a maximum of 70 people. This is a
more intimate space that adjoins the large kitchen via a servery.
The Large Kitchen has a large food preparation area equipped with cooking and
refrigeration facilities.

the Initial Booking Form and email it
to the Old Dairy Group.

Trestle tables and chairs are available as
part of the hire of the Main Hall.
A whiteboard and easel are also available
for seminars in the Main Hall.
Use of a 60 person dinner and glassware
setting is available with the hire of the large
kitchen. Hall set up and provision of
light refreshments are an optional extra.
